Welcome to The Indian News “Business Booster 30” campaign, designed to help individuals and businesses promote their products, services, or articles across our print and online platforms. By participating in this campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to individuals and businesses looking to advertise or publish articles related to their services, products, or events.
• Submissions must comply with all applicable local and international laws.
• The Indian News reserves the right to reject submissions that are deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

2. Campaign Details

• For a flat fee of $30, you can publish a classified ad or article on both our online and print platforms.
• This fee covers a 30-day promotion period, equivalent to $1 per day.
• Ads and articles will be displayed in both the print edition and digital channels, including website and social media platforms.

3. Content Guidelines

• Submissions must be original and free from plagiarism or copyright violations.
• Ads and articles must not contain any offensive, illegal, or defamatory material.
• The Indian News reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject content for any reason, including but not limited to quality concerns or non-compliance with these guidelines.

4. Payment

• The $30 fee must be paid upfront at the time of submission.
• Payment can be made through our online payment portal or in-person at The Indian News office.
• The fee is non-refundable once the submission has been approved and published.

5. Submission Process

• To submit your ad or article, fill out the submission form available on our website.
• All submissions must include the following:
  • Ad or article text (up to 500 words)
  • Contact details for inquiries (optional)
  • High-resolution images (if applicable)
• Submissions will be reviewed within 3 business days, and you will be notified of approval or required changes.

6. Publishing & Distribution

• Once approved, your ad or article will be published within 48 hours.
• The print version will appear in the next available edition, while the online version will go live immediately after approval.
• Online content will remain active for the entire 30-day period, and print ads will appear in one of the prints of upoming four consecutive editions, depending on the publication schedule.

7. Liability

• The Indian News is not liable for any damages, including lost sales or business opportunities, resulting from the publication of your ad or article.
• We will not be responsible for any content errors or omissions unless specifically caused by our editorial team.

8. Termination and Modification

• The Indian News reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of this campaign at any time, with or without notice.
• In cases of breach of these terms, The Indian News may remove the content without a refund.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this campaign will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in the courts of New Zealand.
