Later in a Linkedin post, Miglani said, “After achieving Chairman’s Club status (top one percent of mortgage advisers) at Loan Market, I’ve now received the amazing news that I was awarded sixth mortgage adviser in New Zealand by NZ Adviser – that’s across all mortgage brokers working in NZ. “Christchurch-based Nathan Miglani began his finance career as a home loan specialist at ANZ, and gained his first years of brokerage experience with local Christchurch firm Tony Mounce Mortgages. Having gained a good grounding in the industry, joining the high-performing team at Loan Market in 2016 was a natural move for Miglani. He now works with clients to choose the right finance products and interest rates, whether they’re buying their own home, their next investment or commercial property or simply re-financing to get the right deal.
