Ingrediants

Roasted peanuts-150 gms

Jaggery-200 gms crushed

Fennel seeds-1 table sp

Baking sofa-1/4 tea sp

Cooking oil-1 Table sp

Method: Take a pan add oil then peanuts roast for a minute snd add jaggery,fennel seeds and soda.Flame should be in low and keep on mixing till u see everything is mixed together to go on a baking tray.

Once jaggery is melted and mixed move it to a baking tray and allow to settle for 1 hour. Enjoy eating as a healthy dessert.
