Phulakari Bhindhi

Coriander seeds crushed-4 Tb sp
Salt acc to taste
Chilly powder-1 tb sp
Mango powder-1 tb sp
Dahi-5- tb sp
Fennel seeds-1 t sp
Tomato-1 sliced for garnish
Onion -1 big( peeled and sliced)
French fries-10 peices
Oil -3 th spoon
Garnish-seasame seed-1 Tb sp and chop coriander a handful.
Method: Put oil in a pan and sauté Bhindhi keep aside then fry French fries crispy and keep aside.Add Dahi and bhindhi together mix for two minutes now add sliced onion and all masalas mix thoroughly till its dry and crisp u can add chips to it on high flame to keep crisp.
Put on tray and sprinkle seasame seed ,sliced tomatoes and chop coriander.
