The Indian Consulate hosted an Open House in its premises on 24th May 2025 to take up the requests and grievances of applicants. Around 145 applicants attended the Open House for resolution of their grievances in r/o various services. Around 65 cases were resolved on the spot. There were many incomplete applications which were completed for further processing.
Continuing this good approach, the Indian Consulate will do a second Open House on 1st June from 1030 to 1230. Only genuine applicants whose applications were received by the Consulate in Auckland before 1st May 2025 and has not been processed can visit the Consulate at SAP Building, Level 14, 151 Queen Street, Auckland 1010 on 1st June (Sunday) from 1030 to 1230 hrs.
Kindly note that Consulate will shift to new office viz. Level 14, 151 Queen Street, Auckland 1010 w.e.f. 1st June 2025.
No new applications will be received during the Open House. Only previously pending applications received by the Consulate before 1st May 2025 will be taken up for resolution. Applicants for renewal of passports / PCC(Indian Passport Holder) / Surrender of Passport are advised to login at the portal (https://portal6.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html) to check the status of their application before visiting the Consulate in person.
There is no need of registration to attend the open house. While mobile phone is allowed, applicants are requested to switch off their mobiles and not to talk on loud voice during their presence in the premises. Applicants should bring the following details in r/o of their applications:
