The world famous Hindu spiritual Guru, Dhirendra Krishna Shastri popularly known as Bageshwar Dham Sarkar, Peethadhishwar of Bageshwar Dham, a religious Hindu pilgrimage place in Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh in India is coming to New Zealand on 2nd August to organise a Divya Darbar for his followers. According to the promoter of the event Richard Kumar, the day long Auckland event is slated to be held at ASB show Grounds on 4th August.
Bageshwar Dham Sarkar’s popularity has skyrocketed in recent years for providing spiritual solutions to his followers with help of divine powers. Dhirendra Shastri has not received any formal education beyond school levels but his command on Hindu scriptures is outstanding. He is believed to have attained these divine powers through his Sadhanas (penance). Today he has his followers spread across the globe, and he is globetrotting from last couple of years to help his followers to get rid of their problems.
Born on 4 July 1996, in Gada village of Chhatarpur district to mother Saroj Garg and father Ram Kripal Garg, Dhirendra Shastri had a deprived childhood since his family struggled for livelihood. He saw stark poverty while growing up and as a child he would go around to nearby villages begging for alms and narrating stories. Today at 28 years of age he is a confident young man who is well versed in Hindu scriptures, equipped with charismatic powers and he has healed tens of thousands of people worldwide.
He uses his divine powers to heal his followers with physical ailments but also shows them way to how to overcome with material problems in their lives. Dhirendra Krishna Shastri is a disciple of another well-known Hindu scholar and Guru Shri Ram Bhadracharya, known for his preachings of Ram Charit Manas and Shiv Purana. In last couple of years, Dhirendra Shastri has emerged as a very staunch crusader of Hindu cause who openly demands to declare India a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ since the country was already divided 77 years ago on religious grounds. Many Hindu communities now tow to his lines and support his demand to declare India a Hindu nation, since there is no country in the world for over a billion followers of Hindu faith.
Dhirendra Shastri is a dashing, charming and very good-looking witty young man who is not married and is heavily involved in the upliftment of poor communities. He has been regularly organising community kitchen called Annapurna at the Chhatarpur Dham and cures people with the blessings of Lord Hanuman.
Since last couple of years Dhirendra Shastri has been organising mass marriages of destitute girls and boys from deprived communities for free and giving them lots of stuff as gifts after the wedding ceremony. He is establishing Vedic Gurukulas for young disciples and helping many poor Hindus to come back to Hindu fold who were lured to convert to Christianity by missionary groups. He has made many enemies in the process, and today he is enemy number one in eyes of several missionaries and churches in that area.
Dhirendra Shastri’s noble works for Hindu community are creating threat for the safety of his life hence the Madhya Pradesh government has provided him security that surrounds him wherever he goes. Dhirendra Shastri has millions of followers on social media and is keenly watched on television by thousands across the globe every day. The organisers of the Bageshwar Sarkar visit are working on having another Divya Darbar for his followers in Christchurch if time permits, since Pt Dhirendra Shastri has a very busy schedule.
