HOMEMADE CHICKEN PATTIES / RICE PARAANTHA

INGREDIENTS

Eggs-3 beaten
Chkn mince-1/2 kg
White corn flour-6 tb sp
Green capsicum-1 finely chopped
Red onion-1 fine chopped
Fresh garlic-1 whole fine chop
Parsley or coriander fine chop
Potatoes boiled-2
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder-2 tsp
Green chilly- optional

METHODS

Boil chkn mince till soften and strain it.Now in a pan take two spoon full of oil and add garlic till light brown .Now add onion,potatoes Chkn,capsicum and parsley.Add salt,black pepper powder.Off the flame and add corn flour and beaten egg to this all.Taste salt and chilly and add Acc to ur taste.Make round or oval shape patties and store in freezer.Make sure u knead all stuff very nicely to make a patty.
Helpful for kids breakfast,dinner with grilled Veges and soup.
Enjoy the taste.

RICE PARAANTHA

INGREDIENTS

Boiled Rice-1 cup mashed
Spinach chopped-100 gms
Ajwain-1 tbsp
Haldi( turmeric)-1 tsp
Green chilly-2 finely chopped
Garlic-2-3 cloves finely chopped
Wheat flour-1 cup
Oil-1 tbsp
Fennel seeds-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water to knead if needed

METHODS

rice paratha
If you have any leftover rice from your previous meal use it.
( boiled rice,pulao or veg biryani)
Take a dish to knead
Add all the above ingredients and mix well to make a dough.
Don’t add water if not needed.
Make golf ball size rolls
Roll it to a roti with rolling pin

 

Keep pan on flame to roast the roti and add ghee while cooking.
Serve with pickle and dahi( yoghurt)
Good for weekend breakfast.
