Ingredients For Methi

Chicken boneless cubes-1/2 kg
Kastoori methi-1 handful
Turmeric powder-1 so
Salt to taste
Cream-1/2 cup
Chilly powder Kashmiri-2 sp
Ginger garlic paste-3 Tb sp
Onion one to paste
Cloves-4
Bay leaf-2
Green cardamom-4
Cinnamon-1 stick
Tomatoes chop-1 cup
Coriander powder-2 Tb sp
Oil-6 Tb sp

Methods

Take pan add oil and heat up and add all whole masalas and ginger garlic onion paste and mix well till it gets brown.Now add chkn cubes with methi snd all masalas mix well for few minutes and cover it under very low flame.After five minutes remove cover and mix well and add chop tomatoes and cream.Cover it again in slow flame for five to ten minutes till cooked and taste wells.
Goes well with butter naans.
Easy home style yummy curry. Garnish with coriander and enjoy with red onion salad

Ingredients For NAAN

Butter naan/Garlic naan
Self rising flour-1 cup
Yeast-1 Tb sp in hot water(2 sp)
Milk-1 cup
Oil-4 Tb sp
Garlic crush-1 Tb sp
Butter-1 fb sp
Salt optional

Methods

Take a container add self raising flour,milk accordingly to knead,dissolved yeast ,oil and salt optional according to ur taste.Mix all well and keep aside.
Now cut balls of equal size how big naan u want and roll them keeping on tray with brushing oil on top for two hours.
Now on the oven to 200 degree and with rolling pin u can roll on naan shape and put on baking tray.Chk on within 3 -5 minutes it should be done to serve.
Without butter u can serve plain naan.
With butter it will be butter naan.
Mix crush garlic and butter together with a pinch of salt and apply on naan before baking u get beautiful garlic naans.U can garnish with coriander fresh.
For kids try cheese naan by sprinkling grated mozerella cheese and then bake.
Enjoy with veg or non veg curries.
