Palak Corn

/4 cup – palak purée
1/2 cup- spinach boiled chopped
Corn kernels- boiled 1 cup
4 tb sp- ghee
1 tb sp- cumin seeds
2tb sp- garlic fine chopped
2 tb sp- grated ginger
5-6- green chillies fine chopped
2 -3 tb sp- cream
1 med size Tomatoe- fine chopped
1 med size onion- fine chopped
Salt to taste
Method
Take a pan add ghee and cumin seeds to it.
Now add garlic,onion chopped to it till golden brown.Add ginger,chillies and tomatoe.Mix well.
Add spinach chopped ,corn kernels and purée to it with all the masalas above.Give a nice boil.Now keep in simmer flame for five minutes.It should be on thicker side.Mix well taste the salt and add cream to it,mix well.U can garnish with fresh sliced tomatoes or fried onion.
Enjoy with naan or roti.
