Rainbow summer salad

Red cabbage thin sliced-1/2 cup
Cherry tomatoes-10
Boiled kumra-1 cup cube
Parsley fine chopped-1/4 cup
Green capsicum thin sliced-1/2 cup
Carrots thin sliced-1/2 cup
Red onion thin sliced-1/2 cup
Feta cheese-1/2 cup cubes
Black olives-1/4 cup
Roasted peanuts-1/4 cup
Roasted seasame seeds-2 tb so
Pumpkin seeds-2 tb so
Honey-2 th sp
Walnuts-1/4 cup
Soya sauce -4 tb sp
Mayonnaise-1/4 cup
Salt if needed
Black pepper crush-1 th sp
Method: Take a big bowl add all together and mix well leaving walnuts and pumpkin seeds for garnish.
