United States President Donald Trump on his India trip next week will inaugurate the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium, also known as the Motera Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad. This will make it largest cricket stadium in the world, with a 1.1 lakh seating capacity. It was built at a cost Rs 700 crore. The event will also be attended by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and will be followed by a “Kem Chho Trump” event at the stadium premises. Notably, a total of 11 pitches are being prepared at the new stadium using red and black soil.
