VINEGAR ONION
Red onion-2 med size cut in rings
Green chilly-2 chopped
Sugar-1 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
White vinegar-1/2 cup
Take a pan add vinegar,sugar,salt and warm it.Keep it to cool aside.Have a glass jar and insert red onion ring to it and add the vinegar.Shake well and cover tightly keep it for 30 minutes and enjoy with ur meals.
Boiled eggs
Onion-1 big thin sliced
Garlic-4 cloves fine chopped
Fresh coriander chopped handful
Tomatoes-2 fine chopped
Oil-2-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Whole coriander-1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves- little
Take a pan
Add oil
Garlic chopped
Onion sliced mix till brown
Add chopped tomatoes
Mix well
Add all masalas,Kasturi methi and mix well.
Add boiled eggs and while serving cut in halves and garnish with fresh coriander.
Enjoy with garam chapati and vinegar onion.
INDIAN ROTI
Wheat flour-1 cup
Salt-1/2 tsp
Water to knead-1/2 cup
Oil-2tsp
Knead the wheat flour with salt,oil and water to make a dough.
Keep aside for 10 mins.
Cut in small rolls around 30-40 gms.
Now flatten them with rolling pin in roti shape and roast them in a hot plate or Indian Tawa.
Enjoy with Egg masala
