Earlier this week, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha visited the homes of three potters in Kumar Para, a locality renowned for its skilled artisans who create earthen lamps. The visit coincided with the potters ramping up production ahead of Deepawali, a period when traditional earthen lamps are in high demand.
During his visit, CM Saha encouraged the potters and purchased lamps for his own Deepawali celebrations, emphasizing the importance of supporting local artisans.
As Deepawali approaches, Saha conveyed his best wishes to the artisans and the people of Tripura, reaffirming his commitment to the vision of “One Tripura, One India, One Great India.”-ANI
