After the Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebration at ISKCON Temple, Dwarka, BJP MP Kamaljeet Sehrawat said that Lord Krishna’s life is an ideal.

“Lord Krishna’s life is an ideal. The life of Lord Krishna teaches us how to make decisions in life. This event (Krishna Janmashtami) is being celebrated in Dwarka with great grandeur. My greeting to all,” Sehrawat told ANI.
Meanwhile, ADG Zone Agra Anupam Kulshrestha, on security arrangements during Janmashtami, said that the Uttar Pradesh government and the police headquarters are committed to the security of the devotees who are coming here to witness the very grand celebration of Krishna Janmotsav.
“We have immense arrangements for security and the technology is being used in different ways. We are using drones and security equipment… There is frisking and checking, but at the same time, we are ensuring that no devotee is stopped anywhere and has the comfort of ‘Darshan’ and is able to feel a sense of fulfilment by coming here to the Krishna Janmabhoomi… The security arrangements are top-class. It has been fruitful. The program has gone very peacefully,” ADG Zone Agra Anupam Kulshrestha said.
Earlier, Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar visited the Krishna Kripa Sewa Dham in Karnal Sector 9 on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami.
On the occasion of the Janmashtami festival, devotees flocked to temples across the country to seek Lord Krishna’s blessing on his birth anniversary, with political leaders like Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma and Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel paying their obeisance.
Devotees flocked temples on Tuesday across India on Janmashtami on Monday to celebrate the birth of their beloved Lord Krishna, rending the air with chants of ‘Hare Krishna’ and lining up in long queues.
In Mathura, special prayers were performed at Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple on the occasion of Krishna Janmashtami.
As the sound of bells and conch shells resonated throughout Mathura, the devotion and excitement surrounding Shri Krishna Janmashtami were palpable.
Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated on August 26 this year across the country. Devotees traditionally fast and decorate temples and homes with flowers, diyas, and lights.-ANI
