INDIAN MACRONI / QUICK SHAHI TUKR
Ingredients
Macaroni-150 gms( boiled)
Broccoli-50 gms chopped
Onion-1 med chopped
Carrot-1 chopped
Cauliflower-50 gms chopped
Peas- handful
Garlic-7-8 cloves chopped
Tomato-1 large chopped
Fresh parsley- handful chopped
Oil-2 tb sp
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce-3 tb sp
Soya sauce-3 tbsp
Black pepper powder-1 tsp
Chilly sauce-1 tb sp
METHOD
Take a pan on flame
Add oil
Garlic,onion mix till golden brown now add
All Veges and mix with tomatoes
Add all sauces and spices
Now add boiled macaroni
Mix well and taste
Now add fresh parsley to it and mix.Ready to serve
Garnish can be done with sliced boiled eggs and for Vegeterians use fried tofu or paneer.

SHAHI TUKRA
Ingredients
White slice bread-2 cut half
Sugar syrup-1 cup( sugar150 gms,water-50 ml boil it to get good syrup)
Ghee to fry
Pista,almonds-handful sliced
Custard you can buy or can prepare.
Rose water or keera essence
METHOD
Keep pan on flame
Add ghee to fry
Fry bread slice cut till dark brown
Add essence to syrup
Dip in syrup and plate it
Pour custard on another plate and keep bread slices on it and decorate with nuts.
Serve as a dessert after meal.
