¼ tsp Coriander Seeds

1 tsp Red Chilli Pwder
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Water
3 Tbsp Curd
1 liter Water To Boil Gattaa
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GRAVY
2 Onions
2 – 3 Tomatoes
¼ Cup Curd ( 4 tbsp)
3 Green Chillies
½ inch Ginger
2 -3 Garlic Pods
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
¼ tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi (Roasted)
2 tsp Salt

¼ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Jeera(Crushed)
¼ tsp Sauf (Crushed)
Keep water for boiling and meanwhile make a dough for gatta by mixing all ingredients.Roll them long and put in water to boil for few minutes.Remove from boiling water and set aside and cut them in thick slice.
Start making gravy by adding 3-4 tb sp of oil to a pan.Grind all the ingredients together and add to heated oil and mix thoroughly till a nice light brown colour shows.Add the boiled sliced gatta to it with half cup of water and boil it on low flame.
Take a pan and make tadka for good garnish by adding the Tadka ingredients and garnish on gatta curry.serve hot with paranthas and green chillies fresh and red onion salad would go more better to make it complete.
