Jackfruit Sabzee

Ingredients

  • Jackfruits tin-1

  • Onion thin sliced-150 gms

  • Garlic-10-15 cloves diced

  • Tomato-2 chopped

  • Salt-to taste

  • Coriander powder-2 tsp

  • Haldi -1 t sp

  • Curry leaves-10-12

  • Chilly powder-1 t sp

  • Anardana or mango powder-2 tsp

  • Oil to fry

  • Fresh chop coriander to garnish

Method: Take kadahai heat oil and fry the jackfruit till brown.Then remove extra oil from kadahai and take enough oil for tadka.

Now add chopped garlic,curry leaves as it get brown add onion and fry ,then tomatoes and all masalas. Mix well.

Now add fried jackfruit mix well and slow the flame ,cover for few minutes.Again mix well and taste it if anything to be added do so and u can add potatoes to it.Can fry with jackfruit. In high flame mix well for few minutes and ready to eat.Garnish fresh coriander and serve.
