EthNix Links Networks are organising the inaugural Ethnic Women’s Awards to be held for the very first time to recognise the diverse ethnic women of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Winners in a range of categories will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held at the Sorrento in the Park on Friday 24 September from 6.30 p.m. onwards.  Sorrento in the Park is situated at 670 Manukau Road, Royal Oak.

Nominations are open in 6 categories and are open to eligible ethnic women living in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Nominations opened on 1 June 2021 and will close at 5 p.m. on 20 August 2021 and will be for the 6 following categories:

1.       Business – women who have excelled in business

2.       Community hero – recognised women who have contributed to society and made a substantial difference to the lives of people of Aotearoa

3.       Entrepreneur – open to women who have developed a social enterprise

4.       Inspiring young professional women – Open to women 18-35 who inspire their generation

5.       Inspiring Young Women in the Community – Open to women 18-35

6.       Auckland Bees Group for an Extraordinary Times Award – open to a community-based group

Tickets are priced at $90 per person for a scrumptious dinner.  A table of 8 price is $700.  Reserve now.
